Goal: Create a retro style BBS using modern technology

Subgoals:

  1. Use my favorite language: Ruby

  2. Support different encodings:

    1. Petscii

    2. ANSI

    3. Plaintext

  3. Have different modules:

    1. Message board

    2. Chat client

    3. File uploads

    4. ???

  4. Support call and answer style modules as well as streamed modules
